Service Description
You will have the option to select your esthetics provider when you reserve this package. Our Spa Concierge will contact you to coordinate your massage service, nail services, and drink/snack preferences. The Facial: This experience is expertly curated during a consultation with a member of our team of experienced estheticians. This 75 minute facial is designed specifically for you and your skin's unique needs and wants, ensuring a personalized and rejuvenating experience. The Massage: Choose from four of 50 minute massage options including Swedish, deep-tissue, hot stone, and prenatal. Our skilled massage therapists will customize the experience according to your preference and needs. You can opt for complimentary cupping for an enhanced therapeutic experience with a Swedish and deep-tissue massage. The Manicure-Pedicure: Experience luxury with our waterless manicure-pedicure. Our ultramodern HVAC system ensures dust and odors are removed at the point of contact, providing you with a clean and comfortable environment for the perfect nail care session within the lacquer lounge. With a spectrum of gel colors to choose from, as well as clear, your hands and feet will be summer-ready and your senses will be invigorated. This exceptional package allows you to sample the best of all our Hive + Co departments, combining them into a single spa experience or using them over time, according to your preference. A member of our concierge team will help you with to organize your spa schedule. There is no expiration date or timeframe in which services must be scheduled and received.
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to abbreviate your service. You will be charged for the service you booked, not the abbreviated service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. All no-show/cancellations will be charged for the total indicated in our service menu.
