Service Description
At Hive + Co Spa, we want to ensure that every guest receives the personalized care and attention they deserve. That’s why we require all new guests, as well as established guests trying a new service, to schedule a New Guest Consultation. This complimentary 30-minute appointment gives you and your provider the opportunity to discuss your questions, goals, and treatment, ensuring that you receive the tailored experience you’re looking for. We believe that understanding your needs is the key to providing the best possible service, and this consultation is the first step in creating a truly exceptional spa experience for you.
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel. within 24 hours or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to abbreviate your service. You will be charged for the service you booked, not the abbreviated service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. All no-show/cancellations will be charged for the total indicated in our service menu.
