Service Description
Botox® is a neurotoxin that is widely used for anti-wrinkle injections and cosmetic correction. Neurotoxins work by blocking the impulses from the nerve to the facial muscle associated with the expression lines. Sarah Curtis, NP will use neurotoxins to treat: ・frown or glabellar lines ・forehead lines (11's) ・smile lines (crow’s feet) ・bunny or nasalis lines ・improve the look of heavy eyebrows (an eyebrow lift) ・relax masseter muscles to achieve some facial slimming/contouring ・help with TMJ or teeth clenching ・neck bands/platysmal bands and along the jawline to achieve jawline lift ・smile lift (to lift corners of the mouth) ・improve gummy smile (more gums showing when smiling) ・lip flip and lines around the lip area ・chin wrinkles Injections are a fast and safe way to improve appearance and combat early signs of aging. The treatment muscle begins to relax within a few days with the full effects, noticeable in 7-10 days. Results typically last 3-4 months, though duration may vary. ・$10/Unit for Hive Members ・$11/Unit for non-members ・Your $50 initial consultation fee will be applied to this injectable appointment as a credit
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to abbreviate your service. You will be charged for the service you booked, not the abbreviated service. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable. All no-show/cancellations will be charged for the total indicated in our service menu.
